Within the Dispatcher Dashboard, is a feature called Phantom Dispatch. When a user orders a trip through Arghon, Arghon Transport’s Phantom Dispatch feature allows the A.I. to automatically assign that trip to the next available driver without involving the dispatcher. If drivers decline a trip, dispatchers can manually reassign that trip to another driver, or request that the A.I. system make that choice. For trips generated outside of Arghon, be they on-street pickups or calls to the dispatcher’s office, both drivers and dispatchers can add trips to their accounts as needed.
Transport’s accompanying Arghon Transport Driver app makes it easy for dispatchers and drivers to communicate. With the driver app, drivers receive trip assignments and collect fares from passengers.
